Mother's Teas at Best Start Parenting Center are fun get-togethers for moms with children preschool years and younger.

Come share your thoughts, enjoy mothering support, and make friends.

No need to find a sitter to attend.
Babies, toddlers and preschoolers are invited too!

Refreshments at each tea! First Wednesday and Third Saturday of each month at 10 AM.

June: Playgroups?  Preschool?  Home schooling?  Early childhood education, your choices and options in our community.

July: Teaching Manners for the child under 2 or Discipline 101 without spanking or shouting.  Techniques for happy relationships

August: Open Topic: What's on your Mommy mind?

September: Sleep: We all crave it.   How to help everyone get enough when you have little ones.  How have parents gotten their rest, since the beginning of time, without sacrificing anybody, young or old?

October: "Brainy Babies"  Bartlett Gowen shows you creative ways to use what you have at home, without spending money, to have fun with your children and improve their IQ at the same time. This is Bartlett's 3rd year gracing us with her knowledge and information.  One of our most popular Teas!

November: Mothering through the Holidays or Holidays on a budget.  What is meaningful for you and your family?  Will it be the 'things' or the times together you remember and that will bind your family together?  How to spend your energies and time to your best advantage.

December: Christmas holiday celebration
