"Thanks so much for offering the HypnoBirthing classes. They helped tremendously and I was able to relax through the surges. I didn't even realize I was in labor until the last minute. We made it to the hospital just in time to push (which didn't take long)." Kristy Arnold
"Hypnobirthing provided me with the knowledge, confidence, security and coping techniques that made the birth of my son the most inexplicably wonderful experience of my life. I had taken other childbirth classes but when the labor started it was the techniques I learned in Hypnobirthing that carried me through to the end. The relaxation and breathing exercises are simple and complete. The book is thorough, interesting and educational. The CDs are filled with messages that are both relaxing and empowering. The moment my son was born without the aide of medical intervention or drugs was a moment of exhilaration. I owe the beautiful birth of my son to this wonderful class." -- Melody Lauer

"I am so grateful that I took the breastfeeding class at Best Start. I have been breastfeeding my baby for a month with no pain! I had tremendous pain with my first child. Learning how to position and latch him on correctly made all the difference." Kim Davis
"One of the first pieces of advice I got from my sister when I found out that I was pregnant was, "Take a breastfeeding class." After hearing hers, my other sister's and many other women's tales of woes and failure when it came to breastfeeding, I took her advice and signed up for the Breastfeeding class at Best Start. Jane was such a wonderful teacher that even my husband looked forward to attending class with me. Her thorough class covered everything from latch, troubleshooting problems, benefits of breastfeeding and so much more. The book provided in the class has been my go-to guide should any questions arise. The videos and illustrations that were shown opened my eyes to all that breastfeeding was meant to be, not only when you get home from the hospital with your baby, but from birth. Using what I learned in Jane's breastfeeding class we were able to stun an entire room of doctors and nurses into silence as my five-minute-old son latched on with no difficulties or hesitation and comfortably nursed for over an hour. That breathtaking moment was the beginning of a beautiful breastfeeding relationship that is going strong months later and that I'm sure will continue for many more months to come. I would recommend this class to every mother." - Melody Lauer
